A customer question becomes this week's marketing
A fictional handmade-candle shop. One question from a group becomes an FAQ entry for the shop site and a Facebook post, both waiting for the owner's own details.

Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling usually starts when the first burn is too short. Let the melted wax reach the edge of the jar before blowing it out, which can take a couple of hours for wider candles.
Draft · Facebook post
The first burn decides how your candle behaves for the rest of its life.
Give it time for the melted wax to reach the edge before you blow it out. Short first burns are the most common reason we hear about tunnelling.

You stay the one who answers
- Drafts suggest wording; product facts come from how your product actually works.
- Nothing goes out automatically. You copy each draft where it belongs.
- Each pack counts toward your plan's content pack allowance.
- PostMine does not publish for you. The calendar organizes and schedules drafts; you copy each one into the tools you already use.
01
Turn repeat questions into reusable answers
The questions you see in groups and comments are the ones new customers have too. Capture one and get an FAQ entry alongside six other formats.
For example: A question about delivery times becomes a shop FAQ entry and an X thread.
02
Marketing that fits between orders
Capture while you scroll, review when you have a gap. Drafts wait in your dashboard until you're ready.
For example: You capture two posts on Monday and edit them during Thursday's quiet hour.
03
See the week on one calendar
Organize and schedule drafts by date so you know what's planned. The calendar is for planning; you post from your own accounts.
For example: The FAQ goes on the site Tuesday; the Facebook post is planned for Friday.
How it works
1. Capture a customer question
Right-click a supported post where someone asks what your customers ask.
2. Generate the content pack
PostMine drafts seven formats, including an FAQ entry, in your saved voice.
3. Check, edit, plan
Correct product details, put drafts on the calendar, and post them yourself.
Questions
PostMine gives you a first draft so you're editing instead of starting blank. You still decide what's accurate and what sounds like you.
The next question a customer asks could be your next post
